We’re still in contact with the UXLINK project team regarding the next steps for the token migration. At this time, we have not yet received the new tokens and therefore do not yet have an estimated timeline for completing the token migration and resuming trading. We’ll share a new update as soon as we receive further information or when we have a clear timeline from the project team. We have identified the rootcause of the issue affecting proof of address verification for German users. We are now exploring the best solution to restore normal verification as soon as possible. German customers can still access their Bitvavo account, but uploading proof of address is not possible until this is fixed. We will keep you updated on our progress.
